Brief Description: Aft rudder pulley and vert former holes
Enlarged the rudder cable holes on aft bulkhead #4 so the cable clevis will pass through. Finished C02-15, aft rudder pulleys, and installed them on aft bulkhead #4.
Worked on enlarging cable and control rod holes on aft vertical members at station #2 and #3.
Put a new cable hole in F22-01R, located 1/2" outboard of the machined hole. Made the hole 5/8" dia. to be able to pass the cable clevis through. The kit supplied cables have the clevis' pre-swagged on both ends and they will not pass through the 1/2" hole called out in the prints.
Fitted the elevator control rod and found I probably need to make more adjustments to the hole sizes to eliminate interference with some of the vertical members.
Drilled "witness" holes as needed on MW-5 rod ends. Installed rod ends and jamb nuts on C03-06, C03-07 and C03-09 rods. The Heim brand rod ends shown on the left in Image 3 already had witness holes and are sized for AN3 bolts, so no bushings will be needed on those.
